5k Training Update

I have adapted The Plan to fit my liking, but I feel like I am making progress. Monday I ran a 20 minute mile-yeah, I know not fabulous, but at least I ran a whole mile! Today I ran 1.5 miles in 25 minutes. I see that as progress. By the middle of August I should be good to go, or at least survive the 5k to blog about it.
